Our Impact
Our Story
Founded in 2018 in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, Ozark Outpost Center began as a response to a critical need we saw in our community: the disconnect between available jobs and skilled workers ready to fill them.
What started as a small training program for local residents has grown into a comprehensive workforce development center that serves three distinct but interconnected communities: organizations seeking skilled workers, companies needing custom training solutions, and missionaries preparing for field work.
Today, we're proud to have trained over 1,200 individuals, partnered with 150+ organizations, and maintained an 85% job placement rate. But more than the numbers, we're passionate about the transformed lives and strengthened communities that result from our work.
